Deliveries & Returns
All packages up to 20kg will be posted via Royal Mail, using their tracked 48hr delivery service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also select 'pick up in store' which is free. Your order will normally be ready to collect within 24 hours. For our store address please see the contact us page.
For our in-person furniture deliveries, most companies 'gold-standard' is our normal standard.
We offer you an exact delivery time so there is no need to waste a day waiting around for your delivery. We will carry your new furniture into your home, it will already be unpacked, waxed and polished.
Where applicable, we will put your furniture together (legs onto dining tables, for example) for you in your room of choice.
You will be left with no packaging to dispose of, just your new furniture to enjoy.
Charges
Deliveries with a value of over £300 to the Telford area are free.
If you are further afield, we operate at a financial loss to provide you with this service, charging 55p per mile plus £10 per hour (which is chargeable after the first 30 minutes) of travel in one direction.
For example if you are 100 miles from TF8 7AW, and the drive (according to google maps) will take 2 hours, this delivery service will cost £70 which is broken down into £55 worth of mileage and £15 in hourly charges.
Returns (Online sales and any other purchase not considered 'in-person')
If you wish to return an item(s), you must let us know within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). You must then return the item(s) immediately (or, in any case, within a further 14 days) in resaleable condition and in any original packaging (if applicable).
Once the item(s) have been received by us and the condition confirmed as resaleable, you will receive a refund.
Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
