

Deliveries & Returns
All packages up to 20kg will be posted via Royal Mail, using their tracked 48hr delivery service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also select 'pick up in store' which is free. Your order will normally be ready to collect within 24 hours. For our store address please see the contact us page.
For in-person furniture deliveries (we try to offer this within a 3 hours radius of Shropshire), most companies 'gold-standard' is our normal standard.
We will carry your new furniture into your home, it will already be unpacked, waxed and polished. Where applicable (dining tables, for example) we will put your furniture together for you in your room of choice. You will be left with no packaging to dispose of, just your new furniture to enjoy. We operate at a financial loss to provide you with this service, charging only 45p per mile in one direction. So for example if you are 100 miles from TF8 7AW, this delivery service will cost £45.
Due to the evolution of the business, and the product range we now offer, unfortunately it is no longer viable to offer free delivery when you spend a certain amount.
This is due to the size and weight of some items, furniture in particular, costing anywhere up to £100 (or more) to send out.
Returns (Online sales and any other purchase not considered 'in-person')
If you wish to return an item(s), you must let us know within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). You must then return the item(s) immediately (or, in any case, within a further 14 days) in resaleable condition and in any original packaging (if applicable).
Once the item(s) have been received by us and the condition confirmed as resaleable, you will receive a refund.
Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
In the rare event of an item(s) arriving with you damaged, misdescribed, or faulty, you will of course be offered a full refund. Dependent on the circumstances, you may still be asked to return the items to us.
We do not offer product specific warranties on any products, but customer service is incredibly important to us and we will always endeavor to make right any issues with your purchase.
