Returns (Online sales and any other purchase not considered 'in-person')
If you wish to return an item(s), you must let us know within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). You must then return the item(s) immediately (or, in any case, within a further 14 days) in resaleable condition and in any original packaging (if applicable).
We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we regret that we cannot process a return for an item we do not receive.
Once the item(s) have been received by us and the condition confirmed as resaleable, you will receive a refund.
Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
In the rare case of your item(s) arriving faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a collection at no cost to you.
