Most small and medium sized parcels will be posted via Royal Mail or DPD, using their tracked delivery service. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can also select 'pick up in store' which is free. Your order will normally be ready to collect within 24 hours, but we'll drop you an email to confirm.  For our store address please see the contact us page. 

Furniture Deliveries

We offer two types of furniture delivery, in-person, or pallet.

As a general rule, when you order large furniture items online the standard pallet charge is £55, unless you qualify for free delivery based on the order value/mileage parameters detailed further down this page.

Our pallet service is a curb-side delivery, and your furniture will be packed securely on a wooden pallet to ensure safe delivery. This is a weekday service and we will endeavour to ensure your delivery arrives on your day of choice. Generally speaking deliveries will be between 9am and 5pm. Please note that the delivery driver is not obliged to help you carry your furniture into your home, so you may need to arrange to have a helper for heavy pieces.

The second option is our in-person service. Please contact us if you'd prefer this service to the standard pallet service and we can raise a quote for you.

For our in-person furniture deliveries, most companies 'gold-standard' is our normal standard.

We offer you an exact delivery time so there is no need to waste a day waiting around for your delivery. We will carry your new furniture into your home, it will already be unpacked, waxed and polished.
Where applicable, we will put your furniture together (legs onto dining tables, for example) for you in your room of choice.
You will be left with no packaging to dispose of, just your new furniture to enjoy.

Charges

Free in-person delivery info:

Spend £300 for free delivery within 10 miles of TF8 7AW.
Spend £500 for free delivery within 20 miles of TF8 7AW.
Spend £1000 for free delivery within 30 miles of TF8 7AW.
Spend £1500 for free delivery within 50 miles of TF8 7AW
Spend £2000 for free delivery within 100 miles of TF8 7AW.

These free delivery areas are calculated at checkout automatically. If you are outside of the milage brackets or under the minimum spend a delivery charge will apply.

Returns (Online sales and any other purchase not considered 'in-person')

If you wish to return an item(s), you must let us know within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). You must then return the item(s) immediately (or, in any case, within a further 14 days) in resaleable condition and in any original packaging (if applicable). 
Once the item(s) have been received by us and the condition confirmed as resaleable, you will receive a refund. 
Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
