Pallet Furniture Delivery Information

We offer two types of delivery for large furniture items, and our pallet service tends to be the more budget friendly of the two, but what do you need to know about this service?

• Weekday delivery (Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays). We will contact you to ask your preferred date, and do everything we can to ensure delivery on that date, but this can't be guaranteed. 
• Delivery window of 8am - 5pm.
• Delivery tends to be on a rigid, mid-sized truck with a tail-lift.
• Your furniture will be safely packaged, wrapped in a waterproof cellophane and strapped to a wooden pallet. 
• This is a 'kerb-side' service, which means the driver will deliver your pallet onto the pavement or driveway (if easily accessible).
• You are responsible for carrying your purchase into your home. Our furniture tends to be very heavy, so please ensure you have a second pair of hands to help you.
• If your purchase requires any assembly (legs putting onto dining tables etc.) you will be responsibly for carrying this out. 
• You are responsible for disposing of any packaging, including the wooden pallet on which your furniture has been delivered.
• We must stress, that although sometimes the lovely delivery drivers offer to help carry your purchase into your home for you, they are not obligated to do so.
  

Important things to consider when selecting our pallet delivery service:

• Can a mid to large truck access the frontage of your property? If you aren't sure, please contact us we'll help you figure it out.
• Will you be available for a weekday delivery, with a delivery window of 8am - 5pm?
• Will you have someone available to help you carry your furniture into your home? 
• Are you capable of carrying out any assembly?
• Will you be able to dispose of the packaging and wooden pallet?
