What's the difference between the pallet delivery and your premium delivery service?

Premium Furniture Delivery Service

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! However there is criteria you'll have to meet to qualify which is based on your location and how much you spend.
Here's how it works:

Within 10 miles/spend £250 = free delivery
Within 20 miles/spend £500 = free delivery
Within 30 miles/spend £750 = free delivery
Within 40 miles/spend £1000 = free delivery
Within 50 miles/spend £1250 = free delivery
Within 60 miles/spend £1500 = free delivery
Within 70 miles/spend £1750 = free delivery
Within 80 miles/spend £2000 = free delivery
Within 90 miles/spend £2250 = free delivery
Within 100 miles/spend £2500 = free delivery
Within 110 miles/spend £2750 = free delivery
Within 120 miles/spend £3000 = free delivery

If you qualify, the free delivery option will automatically be offered at checkout.

How quickly will I receive my furniture order?

We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we won't compromise on our quality assurance checks just to speed this up.
Generally, we aim to get your furniture to you within two weeks. In rare cases, this might take a little longer, but we will always liaise with you to go through the options.

If you need your furniture in a hurry, please contact us prior to ordering to see what we can do.

Can I pick a time and date for my delivery?

Yes!
However, this option is only available if you opt for our 'premium furniture delivery service' at checkout. We will contact you via email to arrange this directly.
This option is not available with our pallet service.

Will you carry my furniture upstairs?

Yes!
However, this service is only included in our 'premium furniture delivery service' (not the pallet service) so please ensure you select this at checkout.

Is there anywhere you can't deliver?

We regret that at the moment we can't offer delivery to Ireland (inc Northern Ireland), the Scottish Highlands or any other part of the UK that doesn't form part of the mainland.

I've added some furniture to my basket, but I can't see a delivery charge and it won't let me checkout.

Ah! This has happened for a couple of reasons... You've probably added one of our very large items to your basket, and your delivery postcode is more than 200 miles from our location. We may still be able to help though, contact us and we'll figure something out.

I want to choose your premium delivery service, but I'm only getting the option for the pallet delivery at checkout.

This is happening because your delivery address is more than 200 miles from our location. We may still be able to help though, so contact us using the link below and we'll see what we can do.

I've paid for DPD delivery for my small piece of furniture, what does this include?

The service we use with DPD is a fully tracked, insured next day service. However the 'next-day' part refers to the service once we've handed your parcel off to DPD. We still need to thoroughly check, wax, polish, assemble and de-assemble (if applicable) and package your purchase, which can take up to 10 working days.

Once DPD have your parcel, you'll receive a text and an email with your one hour delivery slot.
