Premium Furniture Delivery Service

Our premium service includes:

• Your furniture fully assembled (if applicable), checked, waxed and polished in our workshop in Shropshire prior to being unassembled (if applicable) and packed carefully ready for transit.
• A delivery date and time agreed with you. No wasting an entire day waiting for a delivery team that may, or may not turn up. We will be there when we promised. 
  
• For long haul deliveries, we will provide you with delivery updates on route via Whatsapp or text to keep you updated on any traffic related delays.
• Your furniture will be carried into your room of choice, be that up three flights of stairs, or just inside the front door. 
• If applicable, your furniture will be assembled (legs onto dining tables for example) and positioned to your liking.
• You will be left with no packaging to dispose of, just your new furniture to enjoy.
• If ordering mango wood, you will be provided with a tin of our premium wax polish to keep your wood looking beautiful. This wax is not appropriate for our reclaimed teak items.

The cost of this service is calculated accurately at checkout based on your postcode prefix (and approximate mileage from our location).
If you don't see the option for this service at checkout, it likely means you are more than 200 miles away, or you haven't quite met the minimum spend requirement to be offered this service. We might still be able to help though, contact us using the 'contact us' form and we'll see what we can do.
